Online Inventory

The online inventory (quantity on hand, in stock) level is only a guide to the quantities believed to be available. The quantities available may be more or less or even zero versus what is shown online.

Outdoor Event

Please be advised that events incorporating specialized balloon installations or hosted in outdoor venues necessitate additional logistical planning and resource allocation. Consequently, an event-specific operational supplement will be applied. This charge, ranging from $100 to $250, covers the increased operational complexities, enhanced safety protocols, and specialized support required for these types of arrangements. The final amount within this range will be determined based on the scale of guest attendance and the comprehensive scope of services engaged for your event.

Canceling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Orders can be cancelled by the customer only when the order has not been shipped. Otherwise we can only refund the order less shipping costs once the goods are returned to us.
